I purchased the documentary The Genius of a Place, but when I play it there are pixel squares about an inch that stays on the entire time directly in the center of the film.....annoying! Anyone know why this is happening or how to correct it? Thank you
Hello and sorry for the time it took us to reply, but we were checking what could have caused the problem you were experiencing.
It seems to be a problem related to a slow internet connection that cannot support the real time video streaming.
The pixel squares you see in the center are in fact the loading indications by VHX.
Our suggestion is to keep it paused for a while when you start streaming, so that you can allow some time for buffering the video.
